Casa Sirena is located near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Pacific Ocean.   Through picture windows in the great room you can watch the waves crash onto seal rocks.   From your front deck you can spot whales or dolphins breaching in the bay and watch the "dance" of the pelicans each evening at sunset.  A footpath leads to Ocean Boulevard, a bluff front street with a park and access to beaches famous for tide pools and kayaking.  From the roof top Jacuzzi you can enjoy dazzling lights of Pismo Beach and look for your favorite constellations...
Casa Sirena is a two year old contemporary house with Indonesian architectural accents. 
A gas fireplace provides warmth on cool evenings. Details such as designer furnishings. original art, serpentine granite counters and marble showers make the Casa Sirena experience both luxurious and comfortable. For entertainment Casa Sirena is equipped with a 37" LCD TV and surround sound... 

 
 

The kitchen is well equipped including a Jenn-air cook top and oven, dishwasher, ice maker, filtered water, blender, automatic coffee maker and microwave.  Locally roasted, freshly ground coffee and a selection of fine imported teas are also provided.
